1981 - Dakota County Bank in South Sioux City, Nebraska was purchased

1990 - Farmers & Merchants Bank of Wayne, Nebraska opened

2006 - Farmers & Merchants Bank celebrated its 75th Anniversary

2007 - Changed name from Farmers & Merchants Bank to F&M Bank

2008 - F&M Bank opened in Gretna, Nebraska

2010 - West Point, South Sioux City, Wayne and Gretna merged to become one bank

2014 - F&M Bank opens in Sioux City, Iowa the first location outside Nebraska
