Turn off your Misplaced, Lost or Stolen Debit/ATM Card

It happens to the best of us. We misplace or permanently lose our debit/ATM card. Or, worst case scenario, it’s stolen.

Whatever happens to your debit card, you can easily and securely turn it off from our mobile banking app. Simply log into the app and manage all of your cards. You have the options of reordering, suspending or reporting your card lost or stolen.

A few things to remember:

  • You will only be able to manage the Online Banking account holder’s cards on the mobile app. For example, if the Online Banking account is under John Doe but Jane Doe uses the same account, only John Doe’s cards will be available to manage on the mobile app. Jane Doe would need to set up her own Online Banking account to be able to manage her cards through the app.
  • The “Reorder” option only reorders your current card and all reorders from the mobile app will be charged a $8 reorder fee.
  • If you feel that you have misplaced your card but think you can find it, you can use the “Suspend” option. This option turns off your card while it is misplaced and can be reactivated if it is found.
  • If you select the “Report Card Lost/Stolen” option, it closes your card permanently and you will need to contact the bank to order a new card.
